This website is provided as a service for all home owners in the Village Glen Sub-Division in Madison Village Ohio, 44057. In this site, you will be able to get a copy of the current By-Laws, land plat information, pay your annual assessment dues, contact the officers of our Homeowners Association, check out events and news as well as connect with other owners in our blog or on our Facebook page.
Property Improvements and other Maintenance Items
When you are planning to do updates to your current property, for example, adding a pool for the Children or putting an extension on your home, please email our very knowledgeable Operations and Maintenance Manager
for guidance prior to submitting your design to the HOA committee for approval.
TIP:
Our Village will not approve any work until a documented design has been reviewed and approved by one of the core members of the HOA Committee, President, Secretary or Treasurer. Basically, a simple drawing showing the structure's location in the yard, its measurements and it's distance from the plat lines should be enough.
