Please Note:
If you owe an amount other than the current year of $100.00, please send a check with that amount to P.O. BOX 652, Madison Ohio, 44057. Please make the check payable to Village Glen Homeowners Association.
Also, there is a 12% incurred late charge on the complete total for every year the payment is late. For example, $100 x 12% = $112.00, two years is $224 and so on...and so on.
